New HM-V100 Series Vacuum Plasma System Redefines Industrial Surface Treatment
Key Technical Highlights
The HM-V100 Series combines sophisticated engineering with advanced plasma technology, offering distinct advantages across industrial manufacturing environments:
-
Extra-Large Vacuum Chamber — Customizable to accommodate products up to 2m × 2m
-
Multi-Layer Electrode Partition Design — Symmetrical structure with minimal energy loss for faster, more uniform treatment
-
Efficient Loading & Unloading — Multiple work trolleys with small-cart methods shorten cycles and boost output
-
Precise Thermal Control & Automation — Integrated cooling water circuits and proprietary plasma sources ensure low power consumption and multi-layer safety protections
The series spans four configurations—HM-V100-1000L, 1400L, 2000L, and 3000L—with equipment power ranging from 8kW to 15kW and RF/IF generator power from 5kW to 10kW. The HM-V100 model delivers a 1000L capacity with 8kW equipment power and 5kW RF/IF generator power, featuring PLC + touch screen control and an imported aluminum alloy (AL-6061) vacuum chamber with military-grade friction welding. Process gases include two-path optional Ar, N₂, H₂, CF₄, and O₂.
Applications & Industry Impact
The HM-V100 Series addresses critical surface treatment needs across three primary automotive applications:
-
Interior Lamination & Bonding — Pre-treatment of plastic frameworks (instrument panels, door panels, pillars, seat backs) before lamination with PVC, PU leather, or genuine leather, elevating surface energy on low-energy substrates like PP and ABS to prevent peeling, cracking, and bonding failure.
-
Interior Flocking & Eco-Friendly Decoration — Prepares components such as automotive storage boxes and glove compartments for electrostatic flocking while directly replacing traditional chemical primer methods, cutting costs and meeting stringent eco-compliance standards.
-
Exterior Painting & High-Strength Sealing — Removes mold release agents and oils from bumpers, headlights, and tail lights, improving paint adhesion and ensuring reliable, long-term hermetic seals between light fixtures and housings.
Beyond automotive, the system serves medical, semiconductor chip & IC packaging, consumer electronics, FPC/PCB, and heavy industry sectors worldwide.
